I 've been there when i was modelling and going through puberty my body image was not ideal to me and to the modelling world and i started emotional eating and i crave for sugary foods.  I had a lot of shame and guilt after i ate these foods. Also always comparing myself with others. This was precisely what STOP me to focus on myself and cultivate self-love and self worth. When i realized i had it all inside me already i just needed to learn how my body and mindset works to meet my needs in a positive way and stop comparing myself to other people and using healthy food/drink as pick up mood strategy.

After a while I learnt to let it go negative emotions and unhealthy feelings around my body image and eating. Truly fall in Love with myself and my body was the keystone to lose weight effectively and keep it off for many many years until to date. 

My big lesson is...

No longer feels like  a prison where food controls everything..
